“P” for Political Pins

The AGRC has a large collection of political pins distributed during presidential, gubernatorial and congressional elections, as well as while in office. Our holdings date back to the 1970s. The selections for this post consist of a pin for the congressional reelection of Albert Gore, Sr. The second pin, from the James C. Free Papers, celebrates the 1993 presidential inauguration ceremony and includes images of Bill and Hillary Clinton and Al and Tipper Gore.
